When New York Gov. Kathy Hochul signed an executive order instituting a one-year moratorium on the construction of the largest, most energy-consuming data centers in the state, President Donald Trump was not happy. "New York should change its Policy, IMMEDIATELY," he posted to Truth Social. "The Radical Left Dumocrats must not be allowed to cause us to lose Data Centers, AI, and all of this incredible new Technology, to China, and other countries!"
