In NSW 150 service stations were without diesel, 32 less than on Friday; in Victoria 51 had run out of diesel, down by 23; and in Queensland 49 were without diesel, down by seven since the start of the Easter break.“The total number of service stations without diesel in Australia, which is where the main pressure has been, is 312 out of the around 8000,” Bowen told reporters in Sydney on Saturday morning. He reiterated the Albanese government’s call for families to stick to their Easter holiday plans but to buy no more fuel than they needed and to buy it…

Moses Itauma, like many, does not see Derek Chisora vs Deontay Wilder going the distance.Chisora has built a reputation on toughness and volume, often dragging opponents into uncomfortable territory, while Wilder’s game remains centred around his devastating right hand. The clash, should it have happened with both men in their primes, would present an interesting dynamic between pressure and power. However, with talk of retirement surrounding both fighters and fans dubious that they could currently compete at the top level, the stakes feel heightened. Add to that that at least one retirement has been promised, and it becomes a relatively high stakes…

Clubbell training flow has become an essential approach in functional strength and mobility training. I want to apologize for not responding to any of the 22 thousand comments my last post inspired. I’ve been filming all week and just noticed my observations about Jimmy Kimmel and a former plumber named Markwayne Mullin have gone viral. I’ve also noticed that many of the comments are from people who genuinely seem to believe that Jimmy wasn’t belittling plumbers at all, but was instead, simply trying to point out that Mullin is not qualified to lead the DHS. Here’s a small smattering…

The CMA CGM Kribi, sailing under a Malta flag and operated by French shipping company CMA CGM, became possibly the first vessel with links to France to pass through the Strait of Hormuz since Iran effectively closed the vital shipping lane, according to the MarineTraffic website. The ship departed waters off Dubai Thursday and arrived Friday off Muscat, Oman, MarineTraffic data showed. The vessel’s path through the strait, according to MarineTraffic’s tracking data, indicates that it took a northerly route, traversing a narrow gap between the Iranian islands of Qeshm and Larak — the latter of which analysts say Iran has been…

HAVANA — Katia Arias buzzed with hope on Friday morning as she gathered at the gates of a prison on the outskirts of Havana, waiting with other families for their loved ones to be freed in one of the biggest prison releases by the Cuban government in years. When her 20-year-old son Emilio Alejandro Leyva walked out of the doors of the detention facility with dozens of other prisoners, bags and a small release document in hand, she wrapped her arms around her son, who was detained for a robbery, for the first time in years. “It has been so…

Just under three years ago, the Food and Drug Administration deemed 19 peptide drugs too unsafe to be dispensed by compounding pharmacies, which mix components of approved drugs to create bespoke medication for people who have trouble taking commonly available products. Now, under Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the agency is poised to reverse itself. That’s despite few clinical studies supporting the effectiveness or safety of these peptides, which are amino acid chains meant to help regulate functions in the body and have become popular among fitness and longevity enthusiasts. In February, Kennedy said the FDA…

As the U.S. waged war over the last five weeks, President Donald Trump and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth have repeatedly said Iran’s capabilities were decimated — including its anti-aircraft defenses, which were taken out by American forces. That assertion seems to have come into question Friday when, according to several U.S. officials, Iran appeared to down a U.S. fighter jet, an F-15E, over its territory. One of the crew members was rescued, a U.S. official said. The status of the other crew member was not known and a search and rescue operation was under way according to officials.Trump has been briefed…
