EAST FIRST ROUND
No. 8 ORLANDO (+100) vs. No. 1 DETROIT (-118)
ORL leads 2-1
GAME 4 — DET @ ORL (April 27)
Spread: Pistons -2.5
Moneyline: Pistons -146, Magic +124
O/U: 214.5
What to know: Orlando got what it needed, splitting on Detroit’s home floor by winning Game 1. It then took that momentum home and won Game 3, and has a chance to take a 3-1 lead on its home floor on Monday. Pistons All-Star Jalen Duren has struggled all series, averaging nine points on 41.7% shooting.
No. 7 PHILADELPHIA (+2500) vs. No. 2 BOSTON (-10000)
BOS leads 3-1
GAME 5 — PHI @ BOS (April 28)
Spread: Celtics -11.5
Moneyline: Celtics -620, 76ers +460
O/U: 214.5
What to know: The return of Joel Embiid did little to help Philly win a game on its home court, as Boston took Games 3 and 4 on the road. Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Payton Pritchard combined for 82 points. Embiid had 26 in 34 mintues.
No. 6 ATLANTA (+188) vs. No. 3 NEW YORK (-225)
Tied 2-2
GAME 5 — ATL @ NYK (April 28)
Spread: Knicks -6.5
Moneyline: Knicks -290, Hawks +235
O/U: 212.5
What to know: New York had to get a win in Game 4, and it did, as it was facing a 3-1 deficit on Atlanta’s home floor. The Knicks took a 21-point lead into the fourth quarter, cruising to the win by shooting 45% from distance in Game 3.
No. 5 TORONTO (+360) vs. No. 4 CLEVELAND (-460)
Tied 2-2
GAME 5 — TOR @ CLE (April 29)
Spread: Cavs -9.5
Moneyline: Cavs -405, Raptors +320
O/U: 215.5
What to know: Home court has held true through four games in this series, with Toronto wins in Games 3 and 4, the first two on Canadian soil. But consider this: The Cavs shot just 37% from the floor and 25% from 3 … only to be outdone by the Raptors, who shot 32% from the field and 13% from 3. Which team wants this series?
WEST FIRST ROUND
No. 8 PHOENIX (+10000) vs. No. 1 OKLAHOMA CITY (N/A)
OKC leads 3-0
GAME 4 — OKC @ PHX (April 27)
Spread: Thunder -11.5
Moneyline: Thunder -500, Suns +385
O/U: 213.5
What to know: This one has turned into a blowout, but there is cause for concern in OKC, after Jalen Williams suffered a hamstring injury in Game 2. However, on the season, the Thunder are 40-10 without their second star, including a Game 3 win in Phoenix. SGA had 42 points on 15-for-18 shooting in that one.
No. 7 PORTLAND (+3500) vs. No. 2 SAN ANTONIO (-20000)
SA leads 3-1
GAME 5 — POR @ SAS (April 28)
Spread: Spurs -12.5
Moneyline: Spurs -650, Blazers +460
O/U: 215.5
What to know: Wemby missed a game (concussion), but he didn’t miss a beat. After the Spurs won without their superstar in Game 3, Wembanyama returned in Game 4 and put up 27 points, 11 rebounds, seven blocks and four steals. Yeesh. It equaled a 21-point win for San Antonio, who can close this thing out at home in Game 5.
No. 6 MINNESOTA (-158) vs. No. 3 DENVER (+134)
MIN leads 3-1
GAME 5 — MIN @ DEN (April 27)
Spread: Nuggets -11.5
Moneyline: Nuggets -520, Wolves +400
O/U: 222.5
What to know: This series is wild. The Wolves are up 3-1 and have dominated the Nuggets in back-to-back games. However, in their Game 4 win, they lost starting guard Donte DiVincenzo to a torn Achilles and star guard Anthony Edwards to a knee injury. Edwards could return but DiVincenzo is done. Can Denver somehow turn it around and win three straight over the battered Wolves?
No. 5 HOUSTON (+590) vs. No. 4 LA LAKERS (-850)
LAL leads 3-1
GAME 5 — HOU @ LAL (April 29)
Spread: Rockets -2.5
Moneyline: Rockets -146, Lakers +124
O/U: 207.5
What to know: Houston was heavily favored coming into this series, considering Luka Dončić and Austin Reaves are injured. But Kevin Durant missed Games 1, 3 and 4 for Houston. The Rockets staved off elimination with a Game 4 win on their home floor, but L.A. is going home for Game 5, and Reaves might be back.
