That threat includes the world’s most aggressive military build-up and provocations in the South China Sea; support for hostile regimes in Russia, North Korea and Iran; cyber operations; its global "Belt and Road" investment strategy; funding Code Pink, anti-ICE, No Kings, and other progressive movements; theft of intellectual property from U.S. universities and businesses; purchasing farmland adjacent to U.S. bases; and infiltrating think tanks and research centers.
