The King of the Monsters is getting the LEGO treatment, and he’s bringing more than 5,000 pieces of destruction with him.
LEGO has officially unveiled its first-ever Godzilla building set, bringing Legendary’s iconic Monsterverse titan to life in an enormous collectible designed for adult fans. The announcement arrives on November 3, also known as Godzilla Day, celebrating one of cinema’s most recognizable monsters.
The LEGO Ideas Godzilla (21375) set features an impressive 5,363 pieces, making it the largest LEGO Ideas model ever released. Once assembled with its signature Heat Ray, the towering figure stands approximately 27.5 inches tall, giving collectors a seriously impressive display piece.
Inspired by Godzilla’s appearance in Legendary’s Monsterverse films, the model features textured scales, jagged dorsal fins, a massive tail, and fully adjustable limbs. Builders can position Godzilla’s head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers to recreate some of the monster’s most recognizable poses.
Of course, no Godzilla collectible would be complete without his devastating atomic breath. LEGO has included an interchangeable Heat Ray effect that replaces the creature’s tongue, allowing fans to recreate his iconic energy blast.
The massive project originated from LEGO fan designer Matthew Esposito, whose original Godzilla concept earned more than 10,000 supporters through the LEGO Ideas platform. After receiving official approval, LEGO’s design team transformed the fan creation into the finished collectible.
And LEGO isn’t stopping with Godzilla himself.

Fans who purchase the set during its Black Friday launch will also have an opportunity to receive an exclusive 359-piece Godzilla Logo and Footprint set. The bonus collectible features a miniature cityscape, Godzilla’s enormous footprint, and even a tiny appearance from longtime monster rival Mothra.
The LEGO Ideas Godzilla set officially launches November 27, 2026, through LEGO stores and the company’s online shop, carrying a retail price of $449.99.
After more than 70 years of stomping through cities, battling giant monsters, and dominating movie screens, Godzilla is finally ready to conquer the LEGO universe.
