It is a mistake to try to solve our election integrity crisis by focusing on individual elections. The real issue isn’t whether fraud flipped any particular race. It’s that voter-registration systems contain structural failures so severe-mass cloning, covert algorithmic tagging, irreconcilable records-that we can no longer know how many unique, eligible people voted in the first place. Both "fraud occurred" and "the election was clean" become unverifiable. Unverifiable elections should be uncertifiable.
